What sets us apart?

Our firm is dedicated to creating the highest quality estate planning documents, providing an environment where you feel comfortable expressing your goals and concerns, and above all, maintaining a relationship with you and your family. Once you become a client, rest assured that your estate planning goals will be carried out and your family will be protected. Part of our relationship includes a free three-year review where we will invite you back into our office, review all of your trust documents, and confirm that your trust is properly funded.

We offer free client appreciation seminars and luncheons on a regular basis because we know things can change. We want our clients to not only have the resources to stay protected but also be educated and understand how their plan is working to protect them.

American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys

We joined the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys in 2013. As a member, our Attorneys are required to complete a minimum of 36 hours of continuing education annually in estate planning related topics. We are the only Academy member in the Sonoma-Marin area as membership is exclusive and limited to one firm per geographic area. Additionally, we have access to the best estate planning firms in the country, which gives us the knowledge, resources, and network of a large firm, while keeping the service and accessibility of a small firm.

Your Team

Bridget Mackay

Bridget Mackay

Bridget has been practicing law for over 20 years.  After graduating from Santa Clara Law, she spent 10 years as a Deputy District Attorney in both Solano and Sonoma Counties.  After the birth of her daughter, her priorities changed and she began a practice in Estate Planning and Medi-Cal Benefits Planning. This transition was a natural fit and all her skills of listening, compassion and fearless pursuit on behalf of her clients translated well to this area of law. She lives in Petaluma with her daughter and Bernese Mountain dog.

She is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and California Association for Nursing Home Reform.  Locally, she is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, California State Bar Association Trust and Estates Section.
