Mission Statement

Everyone deserves to be understood, to feel comfortable, and to find peace of mind. Caring about you and your family is at the heart of everything we do. We believe your family deserves our singular attention to their needs.

We provide legal services with the highest integrity and quality that address your unique wealth and succession strategies.

Life is a series of transitions; some we plan for and some we don’t. Our clients are prepared for all of life’s transitions and are never alone when dealing with the toughest times life has to offer. We believe every family deserves a smooth, supported transition, whatever form it takes.

What sets us apart?

Our firm is dedicated to creating the highest quality estate planning documents, providing an environment where you feel comfortable expressing your goals and concerns, and above all, maintaining a relationship with you and your family. Once you become a client, rest assured that your estate planning goals will be carried out and your family will be protected. Part of our relationship includes a free three-year review where we will invite you back into our office, review all of your trust documents, and confirm that your trust is properly funded.

We offer free client appreciation seminars and luncheons on a regular basis because we know things can change. We want our clients to not only have the resources to stay protected but also be educated and understand how their plan is working to protect them.

American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys

We joined the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys in 2013. As a member, our Attorneys are required to complete a minimum of 36 hours of continuing education annually in estate planning related topics. We are the only Academy member in the Sonoma-Marin area as membership is exclusive and limited to one firm per geographic area. Additionally, we have access to the best estate planning firms in the country, which gives us the knowledge, resources, and network of a large firm, while keeping the service and accessibility of a small firm.
